User Site Set-Up Agreement

Mic’s Way agrees to provide, and User agrees to receive, access to the Mic’s Way / Bless a Teacher website according to the following terms and conditions; and WHEREAS, the User requests that Mic’s Way setup its account in the Mic’s Way system, including all account and authorization information as detailed on the form attached hereto as the registration form; and WHEREAS, Mic’s Way agrees to perform such setup services under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed as follows:

• The User acknowledges that they have completed the registration form attached to this Agreement and that all such information is complete and accurate.
• For registering Users, you agree to be responsible for: including, but not limited to, the rules, laws, taxes, and policies of your school, school district, and state regarding the receiving of gifts, donations, and goods. Mic’s Way is not held liable for not reporting or monitoring User activity and monetary values of gifts and/or donations.
• For registering users requesting access, Mic’s Way agrees to immediately allow the User to access and utilize the account.
• The User by entering into this Agreement does agree to the terms and conditions of use of the Mic’s Way website as described on www.blessateacher.com. The terms of these pages may change from time to time and the User agrees to stay informed of these changes on the website when using.
• Users agree to use funds given to the “Classroom” category for classroom items only and not for personal gain or items.
• Any modification to this agreement must be made in written or electronic form and signed/acknowledged by the User and Mic’s Way.
• The User agrees to the fees charged by Mics Way. Mics Way has the right to modify these fees at anytime without notice.
